AI employees,installed in your office.
Well-Run Biz puts AI employees to work inside home service companies: one that brings back old customers, one that preps every estimate, one that screens your next hire. On the software you already use, next to the people you already have. Installed by an owner who runs his own office on them.
Thirty minutes on Zoom. We look at how your office runs today and tell you which employee to install first. If it's not a fit, we say so.
An AI employee is not a chatbot in a browser tab. It's a worker with one job.
It knows your prices, your service area, and how you talk to customers. It does the same job every time without being asked, then hands its work to a person to check. We write it a job description, the same way you would for anyone you hire. Then we install it in your office.
Job sheet: Estimate Closer
- Shift
- Before and after every in-person estimate
- Reports to
- Whoever runs the estimate
- Before
- Reads the customer's texts, emails, and notes. Hands you one page: what they asked for, what they're worried about, the three questions to ask on the driveway.
- After
- Takes your voice memo from the truck and writes the quote wording, with good, better, and best options, plus the follow-up plan with dates.
- Does not
- Set a price on its own or send anything. A person reads it first.
Three employees, built for the office of a home service company.
Each one owns a job the office never has time for. Each one runs on the software you already pay for. Each one hands its work to a person before anything goes out the door.

Past-Customer
ReactivationBrings back the customers who already paid you
Reads your customer list and sorts it the way your trade works: overdue for the seasonal service, big jobs from years ago, people who got a quote and never booked. Writes one message for each group in your voice, with one clear offer, and a send plan for the week.
The job it ownsLeads, from the cheapest source there is. -
Estimate
CloserWalks you into every estimate prepared, and out with the quote written
A one-page brief before the visit, from the customer's own messages. After the visit, your voice memo becomes the quote wording, the options, and the follow-up plan. No more walking in blind and no more writing quotes at the kitchen table at 9 PM.
The job it ownsClosing, on the driveway and after. -
Hiring
ManagerRuns the hire from job ad to offer letter
Writes the ad in your voice with the screening questions that filter out the wrong people. Scores every applicant against what you actually need. Hands you the phone-screen script, the interview questions, the reference-check questions, and the offer letter.
The job it ownsHiring, without the two lost weekends.
Your CRM probably already chases quotes and texts back missed calls. On the call we'll show you where to turn that on. We don't sell you what you already own.
How an install works
-
The call
Thirty minutes on Zoom. You show us how the office runs today and what software you use. We tell you which employee to install first and what it will take. If we can't help, we tell you that too.
-
The install
We build the employees around your prices, your process, and your voice, on the software you already run. Then we train the person in your office who will work with them. You don't learn a new system. You get a new coworker.
-
Keeping it running
An optional monthly plan for updates, new employees as the business grows, and a person to call when something needs a look. One-time install first. The monthly plan is your choice.
Works withJobber · Housecall Pro · ServiceTitan · GoHighLevel · QuickBooks · Gmail · Google Calendar · a spreadsheet
If your software can export a list, we can install on it. The cost depends on how much your setup needs, and you'll hear it on the call, after we've seen your office. No number on this page is a number we made up to get you to click.
Installed by an owner, not an AI guru.
Chance Sixma has owned a home service company for more than 15 years. He still drives to estimates. He built AI employees because his own office needed them, and they run there every day.
Everything Well-Run Biz installs is something that runs, or has run, inside his own company. If he hasn't done it himself, he doesn't install it in yours.

Fair questions
Is this only for home service companies?
That's who we build for first, because that's what the installer owns and runs. Pavers, pressure washing, lighting, lawn, pest, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning. If you run a crew and an office, this was built for you. Other service businesses with an office are welcome to book a call and we'll tell you honestly if it fits.
Do I have to switch software?
No. The employees are installed around what you already use. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Gmail, or a spreadsheet. If your software can export a customer list, it works.
Do I or my office person need to be technical?
No. We do the install. Your office person learns to work with the employees the same way they'd learn to work with a new hire: here's what it does, here's what it hands you, here's what you check before it goes out.
Will this replace my staff?
That is not the point. AI employees take the repeat work that buries your people, so your people can do the work only a person can do: talk to customers, solve problems, make judgment calls. The AI drafts. A person approves.
Does it send messages to my customers on its own?
No. Every message an AI employee writes is read and sent by a person in your office. That's on purpose. It keeps your name on your customers' phones, not a robot's.
What does it cost?
A one-time install, and an optional monthly plan after. The install price depends on your software and how many employees you start with, so we give it on the call after we've seen how your office runs. Nothing on this page is priced to bait a click.
