This policy explains what information Well-Run Biz collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
Well-Run Biz is a program operated by Speedster Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy covers wellrunbiz.com and any page, form, email, or live session connected to it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the list. If you register for a program: your name, phone number, business name, billing details, and any answers you give on registration or intake forms.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the link or ad that brought you here. We and our advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ads and show our ads to people who have visited this site.
- Session recordings. Live sessions may be recorded so that registered attendees can watch replays. If you speak, appear on camera, or type in the chat, that may be part of the recording.
How we use it
- To send the updates you asked for, and to deliver programs you register for.
- To process payments and refunds, and to provide support.
- To understand how the site and our ads perform, and to improve them.
- To market our own programs to you. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that work. These include providers of website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, payment processing, video conferencing, analytics, and advertising. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Email and text messages
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you choose to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. We will honor valid requests under the laws that apply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When you ask to leave the list, we stop emailing you and keep only what we need to honor that request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Well-Run Biz is for business owners and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This site may link to tools or websites we do not run. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
