These terms apply when you use wellrunbiz.com or take part in any Well-Run Biz program. By using the site or registering for a program, you agree to them.
Who we are
Well-Run Biz is a program operated by Speedster Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). Charges for Well-Run Biz programs appear on your statement under the name Speedster Marketing.
What we provide
Well-Run Biz provides business education: live sessions, replays, training materials, templates, and community access that teach business owners how to build and use AI employees in their own companies. We are not your employee, agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.
No guarantee of results
What you get from any program depends on your business, your effort, your team, and many things we do not control. Examples we share, including examples from our own company, show what happened in that business. They are not a promise or prediction of your results. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, savings, time saved, or business outcome.
AI tools and your responsibility
AI tools can be wrong. They can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI employee drafts before it is sent, published, or relied on, and for how you use these tools in your business, including compliance with the laws, licensing rules, and platform policies that apply to you. Third-party tools used in our programs have their own terms and pricing, which you are responsible for.
Registration, payment, and refunds
Prices, what is included, and the refund policy for each program are shown on that program's registration page at the time you buy. Those specific terms are part of this agreement, and they control if they differ from this page. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the charges you authorize.
Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions may be recorded and shared with registered attendees. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded if you speak, appear on camera, or use the chat. Please do not share confidential information about your customers or employees during a session.
Our content
All program materials, recordings, templates, and site content belong to Speedster Marketing LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, share your access, or teach our materials to others as your own without our written permission.
Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, or unlawful content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules or disrupts a program. If we remove you for violating these terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
Testimonials and feedback
If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you give us permission to use it in our marketing. We will ask before using your name, business name, or image alongside it.
Disclaimers
The site and all programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Speedster Marketing LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim connected to the site or a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims and costs that arise from your misuse of the site or programs, your violation of these terms, or how you use AI tools in your own business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here, with the date at the top. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
